Refund policy

RETURNS
Any returns must be made within 14 days of purchase. Contact must be made with Aliens And Strangers Music prior to returning any items. All returned items will be charged a 15% restocking fee. All returned items must be in the original packaging complete with all components including the warranty card, owner’s manual, etc., in new condition, with no signs of damage or wear, otherwise items will be refused and considered unfit for return.

Returns will not be accepted on:
Oversized/Overweight items
Special Orders
Gift cards
Downloadable software products

REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Qualified returns will be issued a refund for the purchase price, a store credit, or exchange for other items from the store. Items that qualified for free shipping will have the actual shipping cost deducted from the refund or credit amount.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
