Shipping policy

Orders will ship via UPS Ground or United States Postal Service. Most orders placed prior to 3pm Mountain Time (except for special orders) will ship same day on weekdays. Tracking information will be emailed. Orders over $20 ship for free in the continental USA except for oversized/overweight items, including instrument cases. Instrument cases will ship for free if they are purchased at the same time as the matching instrument (they will ship in the same box). Contact us for shipping rates on items over 70 lbs. International customers please contact us prior to ordering for shipping rates at Sales@AliensAndStrangersMusic.com. We are not allowed to ship some items internationally.

Expedited shipping is available. Please contact us for pricing.

High-value orders will be shipped with signature required at delivery. Let us know if you cannot sign for packages at time of order. If you choose to skip the signature on deliveries we can not be held responsible for lost or stolen shipments.

Lesser-value orders, especially those shipped via USPS, do not require a signature except if you specify and pay additional shipping fees. If no signature is requested, we are not held responsible for packages that are marked "delivered" but are lost or stolen.
